SINGLETHREAD EARNS 3 MICHELIN STARS

We want to take a moment to share the great news that SingleThread is now one of only seven restaurants in the entire state of California to hold Three Michelin Stars!  On June 3rd, we attended the launch of the first ever All California Guide, in Huntington Beach, CA, to receive this distinction amongst chefs from all over the state. It was an amazing experience, for the first time Michelin is recognizing California as a destination and not just the Bay Area. 

It's moments like this that we reflect on all of the hard work and dedication we've put into SingleThread over that past two plus years. We couldn't be more proud of our team who have broken records and made history along the way. We've been fortunate to find a group of individuals who care deeply about our vision of farming, sustainably-raised produce, incredible food, great wines, and above all - warm, genuine hospitality.
