While the two Michelin starred restaurant's notorious avant-garde cuisine elevates these young hopefuls to think outside the confines of a kitchen, can they handle the heat of its intense creative environment? On Friday, May 29th, our takeaway menu will be a special pairing to enjoy with the film; paying homage to the time we have spent with our friends at Mugaritz in San Sebastian.
This meal features a more traditional Basque style menu which includes a selection of Pinxtos, Black Cod with Piperade, Chorizo Rice with Mussels, and the famous Basque cheesecake, La Vina San Sebastian, paired with a lovely Arneis from our dear friends at Idlewild Wines. While being inspired by Northern Italian white wines, this wine is also reminiscent of Basque white wines with bright citrusy flavors and sea spray.
