Join us this winter for an unparalleled cinematic dining experience through our seasonal residency series — ThroughLine, taking place in Park City, Utah and New York in 2025. ThroughLine will build upon the core ethos of SingleThread, expanding on our project that began with an immersive dining experience—Title Page—that took place in January 2024 at The Lodge at Blue Sky, in Park City, Utah. This evolving project is designed to deepen connections with our food systems and immerse guests in a culinary journey exploring the intersection of dining and documentary filmmaking.
