Begin with seafood and vegetable canapés followed by sashimi.

For the main course, select from the following hot pot options: Chicken Meatball Tan Tan, Hokkaido-style Seafood Miso, or American Wagyu Shabu Shabu. 

The in-room service is accompanied with donabe steamed rice, pickled vegetables, simmered greens salad and a seasonal donabe dessert.
