Napa & Sonoma Relief Gala

On December 2nd, we were honored to take part in the Napa & Sonoma Relief Gala at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. Together with Chefs Thomas Keller, Chris Kostow, Stephen Durfee, and many more from wine country, we prepared a meal for over 350 guests to raise funds for those affected by the fires in October. We are grateful to those who came out to support our community and to chefs around the world who raised money in their own restaurants for the foundation. Collectively, we have raised $3.4 million.
