Our Farm Store is located in the heart of Dry Creek Valley, positioned on our 24-acre working farm. It is the result of Katina’s vision to create a shared space in support of vibrant ecology that not only serves an agricultural purpose, but that also provides a community and educational benefit. We feature items from our team and SingleThread artisans, including beautiful pottery, cutting boards, and cookbooks to name a few.
Our popular line of retail products, including the best-selling Farm Chunky La-Yu, sold individually or alongside our Strawberry Jam and new Shiso Salt as part of our limited three-piece holiday sets, available for purchase. Our retail products can also be purchased at the restaurant lobby shop this holiday season starting December 6th, where you can find unique artisan gifts to bring home a piece of SingleThread. Compliment your gift selections with our furoshiki designs, a traditional multi-use Japanese gift wrapping cloth available for purchase at the farm store and restaurant.
Kally x SingleThread: Plum Shiso & Pear Verbena
We are excited to partner with our friends at Kally, who share our same values of quality, sustainability, and responsible production. Together we’ve created two verjus-based, non-alcoholic wine alternatives that capture and celebrate the essence of wine country while utilizing ingredients harvested directly from our farm.
The Plum Shiso and Pear Verbena will be available for purchase this holiday season at our Farm Store, wine shop, restaurant, inn, Kally’s website, and at other certified retailers.

Seral x SingleThread: Heritage Harvest Knife
For years, we’ve collaborated with close friends Mike Benz and Chris Fracaro, Owners of Seral Wood & Steel, on creating custom knives for our kitchen and dining room, and now, our farm team has collaborated with Seral to design a harvest knife tailored to the needs of our farm and kitchen’s creative process.
The Heritage Harvest Knife is carefully crafted from salvaged and reclaimed local wood—either claro walnut burl or figured maple—and treated with food-grade mineral oil and beeswax from our farm for durability. The knife features practical inch markers on the handle for sizing and measuring, making each knife and each ingredient harvested, a functional work of art.
