We proudly focus on small, boutique California producers for the Nightly pairings. The Reserve pairings are a blend of iconic and legendary international wines with rare library California wines pulled from our collection.

The Non-Alcoholic pairings are a collaboration between the chef and sommelier teams, featuring a wide variety of seasonal ingredients from our farm, herbs, spices, teas and fermented drinks to match the menu.
