Kyle and Katina Connaughton would love to welcome you into their home to experience and enjoy a special celebration. Your evening includes our eleven course tasting menu showcasing the seasonal bounty of Sonoma County. Each menu is carefully curated and personalized to each guest’s dietary need. A thoughtful beverage program accompanies the dining experience including an extensive wine list and pairing options.

A birthday celebration or retreat for the executive board, SingleThread offers two different buyout options. In addition to the guest experience on property, our concierge team is available to build and set up custom itineraries to include special tastings and visits at local vineyards, reservations, spa visits, hikes and other adventures in the area.

Join us on December 2nd for our third annual anniversary dinner. Each year we commemorate a collaboration brew with Vinnie, Natalie, and all of our friends at the Russian River Brewing Company. This year we decided to take it to the next level and host a dinner paired with their world class beers. We will be pouring beers from our first and second anniversaries with the optional pairing of brews from Russian River's unique library. Please join us to celebrate our third anniversary!

The Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle Stay In Tour

SingleThread will be playing with some of the world’s greatest chef’s ideas; like an orchestra taking the lead from another composer’s score. This is a worldwide communal event where chefs swap their recipes for one day with 148 participating chefs called “The Grand Gelinaz Shuffle!” This event is considered the most massive dinner on earth! The set menu that evening will consist of Matrixes of another chef Remixed by the SingleThread Team with the identity of that Chef revealed to all of us during the dinner experience! *This event is not suitable for people with dietary restrictions or allergies as we are interpreting dishes from another restaurant.

BLACK KITE WINE DINNER FEATURING DELAMOTTE/SALON CHAMPAGNE

Join us on December 11th in welcoming Black Kite Cellars for a special collaboration dinner! Black Kite will pair their exceptional site-specific, California coast pinot noir and chardonnay with a special tasting menu presented by Kyle Connaughton and the SingleThread culinary team. Black Kite is one of California's premier producers of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced primarily from their estate tucked deeply into the redwoods in Mendocino.  In order to create a full experience from start to finish, proprietor Michael Green will be including his personal favorite Champagne house, Delamotte/Salon. Working with the importer, we have been given access to some allocated items and will be featuring some special bottles, including the seldom seen 1999 Delamotte "Collection and Salon 2007 - long considered to be one of the greatest bottlings of Champagne, sourced from some of the best Chardonnay vines in the region. Salon is the benchmark for mineral tinged, ageworthy Blanc de Blancs.

Black Kite vineyards are cooled by the marine air and fog and as a result, their estate produces some of California's most elegant and intricately aromatic Pinot Noirs.  Among the wines featured will be their lightest and prettiest Pinot from the coolest, lowest yielding portion of the estate called Redwood's Edge, and their "magnum opus" tiny production estate cuvee Angel Hawk.  Black Kite is one of our favorite wines to feature and is actually one of Chef Kyle's favorite wines. 

We are beyond thrilled to combine these two producers for a highly unique wine tasting experience with a menu tailored to these special wines.  The Black Kite Wine Pairing supplemental experience is $350 excluding service and tax.

Willows Inn on Lummi Island

June 27, 2018

As a finale dinner of three-part collaboration dinner with Smyth and Willows Inn, Chef Kyle and Katina cooked with Chef Blaine Wetzel of Willows Inn and Chef John Shield & Chef Karen Urie using fresh ingredients of Lummi Island.

Established in 1910, Willows Inn has a long tradition of hospitality, with a much more pronounced, albeit briefer, history serving meticulously local cuisine. The chef, Blaine Wetzel, is a quietly confident Washington native who worked under chef René Redzepi at world-famous and double Michelin-starred Noma, in Copenhagen, Denmark, named The World's Best Restaurant four times since 2010.

Collaboration Dinner Event

Kyle Connaughton is collaborating with John Shields from the Smyth restaurant in Chicago and Blaine Wetzel from Willows Inn on Lummi Island in Washington to create one-of-a-kind menus based off the ingredients they'll harvest from each of their farms.

The three chefs will join forces in their respective restaurants this spring, creating an 11-course dinner based on what is seasonally available to the area. There will be wine pairings available selected by each restaurant’s sommelier, if desired.

Soul of Japan

SingleThread Farm – Restaurant – Inn with help from the Culinary Institute of America California Campus, Tipping Point’s Napa & Sonoma Relief Fund, and Soul of Japan will welcome some of Japan’s most celebrated chefs to collaborate on a one night only 11-course dinner event on Sunday, March 25th to raise funds for last October’s wildfire victims.

The Soul of Japan Dinner will bring together five chefs from Japan to cook alongside Kyle Connaughton and his culinary team:
