Evening Dinner
As evening falls, the celebration continues at SingleThread in downtown Healdsburg with a collaborative dinner marking the culmination of FieldNotes.
Chef Kyle Connaughton’s team welcomes Chef Brian Limoges of Sonoma County’s newly awarded three-Michelin-starred Enclos for a one-night-only menu inspired by the farms, producers, and landscapes that shape Northern California. Together, the two teams will create an evening that reflects a shared commitment to seasonality, sustainability, and a deep sense of place.
Thoughtfully paired wines, warm hospitality, and a menu shaped by the harvest bring the conversations and connections of the day to the table. Through the wines, we continue the story of place—celebrating the winemakers, growers, vineyard teams, and many hands whose craft and stewardship help translate the landscape into the glass. Together, the food and wine offer an expression of Sonoma County and the people who shape it, bringing this year’s FieldNotes gathering to a fitting close.
