Your evening includes our eleven course tasting menu showcasing the seasonal bounty of Sonoma County. Each menu is carefully curated and personalized to each guest’s dietary need. A thoughtful beverage program accompanies the dining experience including an extensive wine list and pairing options.
A birthday celebration or retreat for the executive board, SingleThread offers two different buyout options. In addition to the guest experience on property, our concierge team is available to build and set up custom itineraries to include special tastings and visits at local vineyards, reservations, spa visits, hikes and other adventures in the area.

Food Artisans of Japan Collaboration Lunch

We hosted a special collaboration lunch with Nancy Singleton Hachisu; author of Food Artisans of Japan and Chef Namae Shinobu of the Two Michelin Starred restaurant L’Effervescence in Tokyo, for the release of her new book.
The menu for lunch included recipes from Nancy’s new book, recipes from Chef Namae Shinobu, who is featured in the book, and the SingleThread Team.
After lunch, artisans appearing in the book displayed products at an expo on our rooftop garden.
Each guest received a signed copy of Nancy’s latest book, Food Artisans of Japan.
Relais & Châteaux Western Chefs Collaboration Dinner

We were excited to co-host a collaboration dinner with Chef David Kinch of Manresa to welcome California Michelin star recipients from the Western Relais & Châteaux family: Chef William Bradley of Addison and Chef Justin Cogley of Aubergine at L'Auberge Carmel. All four chefs came together for one night at SingleThread and showcased the vast bounty California has to offer.
Arnot-Roberts and Mark Haisma Wine Dinner

We will be hosting Healdsburg's own Duncan Meyers from one of California's most exciting wineries, Arnot-Roberts; along with Mark Haisma - a talented micro-producer making small amounts of incredible wines from some of Burgundy's finest vineyard sites. Our menu that evening will be specifically tailored to the lineup of wines, featuring special bottlings and library selections from both wineries. Throughout the evening we will explore the commonalities and differences the wines share through side-by-side pours. Of course, both winemakers will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss the finer details of their methods.
It is our great honor to bring these worlds together and we look forward to welcoming you for what is sure to be a memorable evening.
